About Me: I am a former university professor with a Ph.D. I have 28 years experience teaching at the university level plus 5 more teaching English, mostly after my university career. When I teach I use situational learning. I put the student into a particular context and get him or her to use the vocabulary and grammar they know, giving help along the way. If the student is good enough, I like to use fiction to develop further ability. Finally, I like to use songs to further develop the student's vocabulary.
