About Me: Hello!

My name is Sahima and I am from India. During undergrad, I majored in Political Science and achieved a distinction. Currently I’m finishing my MSc in International Relations from the London School of Economics and hold tutoring experience of 5 + years. During high school I taught children in primary schools, whilst in undergrad I taught foundational language and IR courses. I also worked for India’s premier NGO ‘Udayan Care’ - to teach English, personality development, and emotional intelligence skills to underprivileged children.

My academic achievements include:
- Published writer for think tanks, research centers and international newspapers.
- Two time-presenter at the Undergraduate Research Conference (UGRC), New Delhi.
- Student Ambassador of the LSE South Asia Center.

As a passionate teacher, my motto has been to go beyond the traditional teaching methods and avoid rote-learning. Given this, I try to make my classes fun, interactive and interesting with the goal of enhancing the critical thinking and multidisciplinary skills of my students. Moreover, I believe that every students learning trajectory is different, so I give personalized attention and sometimes even extra hours.

I offer classes for Soft Skills, English, Social Sciences, Interview preparation, Essay Writing and UK university applications.
