My working experience:

* From 20 Jan 2018 to 20 Jan 2022:
I worked at ABIE (an American English education center in Taixing city, Jiangsu province) as a Headteacher. I was responsible for creating and maintaining a welcoming, engaging, and friendly environment where all 12 young learners felt comfortable. I established classroom rules, developed lesson plans, and prepared students for tests.

* From 20 Jan 2019 to 20 Jan 2020:
I worked as an ESL teacher at Acadsoc (an online language school). I performed lessons with up to four students in the class.

* From 10 Dec 2020 to the present:
I work as an independent ESL teacher preparing and mentoring students of all levels and ages.

My Teaching Style: As a language teacher, my primary goal is to create a supportive and encouraging environment for my students, where they feel comfortable and motivated to learn. To achieve this, I believe in being patient, approachable, and flexible, adapting my teaching style to suit the individual needs and learning styles of each student.

In terms of lesson planning, I like to start by assessing the student's level of proficiency and identifying their goals and learning objectives. From there, I can develop a personalized curriculum that incorporates a range of activities and materials designed to engage and challenge the student. I believe in using a variety of teaching techniques, including visual aids, role-plays, games, and real-life scenarios, to keep the student engaged and motivated.

In addition to teaching grammar and vocabulary, I also prioritize communication skills, as I believe that effective communication is essential for language learning. To this end, I like to incorporate plenty of speaking and listening exercises into my lessons, and I encourage my students to practice their skills outside of class by watching TV shows or movies, reading books or articles, or engaging in conversation with native speakers.

Ultimately, my teaching style is focused on creating a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages my students to achieve their language learning goals.
