- With experience of 1.5 years of working with children, I want to start expending out of a classroom setting. I prefer to view children as individuals who require different teaching styles and strategies. I like to create worksheets specifically catering to individual students. This allows optimal learning as we will be working on only things that require learning. Each child has their own abilities and shortcomings which they require help with. I like to first assess their abilities and see what they need a teacher for, then I proceed to work on those said topics.
